• Hello, I recently installed your plugin and when I tried to go into General Settings to Update Options, it’s giving me an Access Denied:
    —-
The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.

If you believe the security rule is affecting the normal operation of your website, contact your host support team and provide detailed instructions how to recreate this error.
They will be able to assist you with rectifying the problem and adjusting the security configuration if needed.

I previously installed WordPress SEO by Yoast but I deleted it in case it was causing some sort of conflict.

Any ideas on what I need to do? Performance Tab’s Update Options works fine…

    Thanks!

This is typically caused by an issue with the .htaccess file. You’ll need to FTP to your server and then rename the .htaccess file to OLD.htaccess. Once you do that, log into WordPress and go to Settings, Permalinks. See if that fixes your problem.

I tried that and it’s still presenting the same issue, even after creating a new .htaccess file. Any other suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!

You may want to check the file permissions and ownership and then check with your hosting company and see if they see anything in the server log.
