I enabled the Chameleon Skin (Beta, with plugin v3.2) to check it out and it changed some colors (not following my theme), but more importantly it changed the font of my entire page, not just the store – other content outside of the store on my store page. The other pages of my site are fine, but on my Store page the fonts of all content including the menu system change (style and size). I’m disabling for now.

It would be nice with this feature to have a color palette or store appearance options. Check and uncheck features here rather than in the Ecwid settings (Settings > Design > Custom CSS Themes). Would make it easy then to use the same store on different sites to have/show different appearances.

My store is now closed, otherwise I’d share. I made my own theme using Artisteer (v4.3), in case that makes any difference. The Ecwid Shopping Cart plugin has worked pretty flawless for several years with my Artisteer themes.

  • Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback.

The feature is in beat and there might be some mistakes in the automatic styles adjustments. Still, it shouldn’t change the site styles outside of Ecwid product catalog. So, that’s great you reported this issue, thank you.

To investigate it, we need to try to play with it on your theme. Can you send the theme to us so we can install it locally? My email is matt@ecwid.com .

    Thank you for your time.

Got it, thanks. We will investigate this and get back to you.

    Shawn,

We investigated the trouble and found the reason. That was a bug. The good news is that the fix is already available. Please update Ecwid plugin to the latest version and try enabling the Chameleon skin again.

    Thanks.
