    I am using Pinnacle and I love it.
    But: I am wondering if it’s possible to remove “/portfolio/” in the portfolio-permalinks?

    I am using pages to display artists and I want the portfolio on the main page to direct to these pages and not to portfolio pages…

    Hey,
    So you can change the permalink using a function in your child theme. You can’t remove it. The custom post type has to have a slug at the start of the permalink. so if you use a child theme you can change the /portfolio/ to /artist/ as an example.

    If your just wanting to redirect visitors off the portfolio posts to pages you can use a redirect plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/safe-redirect-manager/
