Edit your gallery and click on the Options Tab. There on ‘Thumbnail Click Opens:’ select ‘Lightbox Image’.

Sorry Alan, it is not resolved. The Lightbox Image have been selected already. Now I change it, back to editing again and selected Lightbox Image again, but I get no lightbox an the page. However I have an othoer site with Maxgallery and there it works well.

Now I see that there is a javascript error showing up in the browser console with the magnific popup that Maxgaleria uses: ‘TypeError: el.off is not a function.’ It seems some other javascript/jquery code is conflicting with it. There is another copy of the magnific popup code running from the we-gallery plugin, but I did a test and I’m not getting an error when running both of them on the same page.
You could try a turning off different plugins to see if any of them are causing the error with the popup. Or if you can try testing with a different theme since sometimes the conflict is due some javascript code included in a theme.
