Can we see the visitors name?

    Hi,

    I want a live chat inside of my membership site. However, there are a couple of things that I need for the chat plugin to do:

    1. Display the members name upon chatting. I don’t want it to say “guest” it should say their name.

    2. We don’t want there to be an “offline” message. We’d like to have the option to not show the chat box when we are offline.

    Can these two things be done with your plugin? I look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi there.

    1) By default it will log the user as a ‘Guest’ until they have initiated a chat with you. Unfortunately you cannot change the name until they have started a chat with you.

    2) The Pro version allows you to hide the chat window when offline by going to ‘Live Chat’ -> ‘Settings’ on the ‘Offline Messages’ tab (Pro Only)
