General CSS problem

hello,
In my website when I saw it in mobile(320px X 480px) there is a scroll at bottom I apply css in body body{overflow-x:hidden;width:100%}
But in mobile there is still showing scroll.
Can you please help me out I don’t found what is the issue with it is there any plugin problem or CSS problem
