    You have a theme or a plugin that is also trying to supply its own nav menu Walker and there can be only 1. As the notice says, you need to read the FAQ where there are 2 workaround provided. This is a limitation with WordPress.

    Can confirm – this does not work with the Bridge theme by Qode on themeforest.

    I think it is more accurate to say that those themes don’t work with NMR. But it is my opinion that themes shouldn’t be modifying the admin menu walker. You can point the author to my FAQ if he or she wishes to become compatible. The modification is very simple.
