Banner is not shown when entering the site, only when the tag is clicked

    Hi Richard,
    Thank you for your precious plugin!

    Just one question, please.

    How should I set it, in order to make
    the banner fully visible when visitors come?

    Now, in my site, there’s only a tag,
    on the right side, which must be clicked.

    I’d like to have the message fully displayed
    just when someone enters the site.

    I tried several settings but the problem is still here.
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi, this isn’t a bug- that means you have already clicked ‘accept’ once, so the banner is not supposed to show again. You can delete the cookie using Google chrome developer tools (resources tab)- then reload the page. Alternatively try another browser as see it working. If you still have a problem please post your URL. Cheers
