• I’ve been having a hard time with this one, the knowledgeable title is being set to the top article alphabetically. I’ve tried removing the Knowledgebase page and recreating it with the appropriate shortcode and template with no success.

If I make an article and name is AAB the title of the knowledgebase will be AAB, if I make another article named AAA the title of the knowledgebase will now be AAA.

An edit to the above it seems that it’s not the article that’s lowest on the alphabet. It’s the most recent article, it just so happened I was creating new articles in alphabetical order so I did not notice that at first.

Hmm that sounds weird! I’d like to take a look and try to help you further on this… please can you post a link to the page with your knowledgebase on it?

    Thanks

Thank you for the great plug-in. We are using Strappress theme with WPML and Yoast. Not sure if that matters but the title of our KB pages shows FAQ – OPAS on all KB entries. We’d like it to display the title of each KB entry. Page example is here: https://opas.com/faq/how-can-i-change-payment-information/

Please advise what we can do to show the post title for the page title.

    Thanks much for your help.
