Sounds like a theme issue – ::after is a pseudo-selector in CSS – so it sounds like, for some reason, your theme is adding that much space after every product.
While we don’t provide theme support, if you can provide your site URL, I’d be happy to take a look and see if we can’t help you out.
With all due respect, I’ve seen this type of answer on many problems and I really don’t think it’s the case. I have this exact same theme (Graphene) running on multiple installs using your shopping cart and this problem does not exist. Furthermore we’d be more than happy to pay for the full app our more support but I am not convinced this shopping cart is free from so many bugs that seem to be reported by so many people.
