wordpress missing from permalinks?

Hello,

Almost all of my menu items are coming up without wordpress in the permalinks! For instance:

http://www.vitalitybynature.com/wordpress/naturopathy

shows up as

http://www.vitalitybynature.com/naturopathy

When I try to edit each link by adding “wordpress/” and hit ok… the “/” disappears.

http://www.vitalitybynature.com/wordpress/naturopathy

then becomes

http://www.vitalitybynature.com/wordpressnaturopathy

Is there another way to fix this? Still have no idea what changed the permalinks in the first place, but am hoping there is a work around.

I have WordPress 4.2.2 installed. Your help is appreciated.
