We have installed Awesome Support on our existing site running the Avada theme and the membership plugin Ultimate Member we are having an issue when with saving posts.

On saving a post the user (with admin privileges) is forwarded to the submit ticket page with message 4 (Sorry, support team members cannot submit tickets from here. If you need to open a ticket, please go to your admin panel or click here to open a new ticket.).
The issue seems to be centered around the plugin pages in settings if we set both the Ticket Submission & Tickets List options to none we are able to save posts, however this then will not let our users log support calls.

    Hi,

Could you please try deactivating your other plugins and test it again. If it works with no other plugin enabled, try re-enabling the other plugins until you find the one that conflicts with Awesome Support. From there we will be able to give it a look and figure out why this is happening.

The issue is being caused by Jetpack’s Publicize plugin if we disable this the posts save.

Oh ok. This issue has been reported already but it’s quite annoying to debug as this Jetpack module only works on a live site.

I’ll add this to the bugtracker but unfortunately there is no fix for now 🙁

That’s fine we have deactivated jetpack as publicize was the only feature we used. It has been replaced with SNAP which works fine. Thanks for your help.
