Shortcode not working

    I have used the following shortcode:

    [product_attribute attribute=’design’ filter=’Animal’ per_page = ’12’ columns = ‘4’]

    on this page: http://bit.ly/1Ko0YOo, but it is not working. I have used similar code to create many other pages, like this one, http://bit.ly/1JyXLuK, and it worked just fine. I did not place the code within the pre tags.
    Can someone please tell me how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

    Are both pages using the same page templates? Have you tried creating a new page and seeing if the shortcode works in it?

    That sounds like a plugin problem, not a WP problem – try posting your question in the support forum for the plugin you’re using that has that shortcode.
