Registration question

    I run a fairly complex networked Word Press site and have bbPress in a separate section for example. I don’t allow registrations directly, instead people have to fill out a contact form and then they are expressly given access to the system as a subscriber/participant. Does the ability to register on the ticket form create a viable Word Press user? If so, can I redirect that to a contact page?

    Registering on the ticket submission page will create a new WordPress user with the custom role of Support User. If you wish to use a different form for user registration, you can set the custom page in Tickets > Settings > Advanced.
