  • Emails aren’t stored in the database, but entries are. We offer the option to automatically delete entries for a particular form. With this option, the email(s) will be sent, but the entry won’t be stored in the database.

Let me know if you have any questions about this!

I have literally thousands of entries under the table wp_frm_item_metas. This is the content of every form submission just piling up and taking up space. There should be a way of deleting these after some time.

It’s not a built-in option to automatically delete old entries, but you can mass delete entries in the Pro version in your form’s Entries tab.

If you have additional questions about this, will you post in our help desk?

We like to keep support in the help desk.

Also, to clarify, the free version does have the option to NOT store entries. This option is in each form’s Settings.
