How to remove meta data when viewing pages in WP Admin

If I go to view the pages on my site WP Admin>Pages there are so many extra columns of information put in there from the Yoast SEO plugin that it is unmanagable to view. Is there a way to specify what is shown or turn this “feature” off? (SEO Title, Meta Descr, etc)
Anyone?
