Ticket closed for a new theme

    Instead of uploading the updated theme as an attachment on the closed ticket, you needed to upload the ZIP file the same way you did when you first submitted the previous version of the theme. The system would have automatically created a new ticket and linked the previous ticket.

    hmmmm…that’s why the ticket was not reactivated. Thanks for the info stephen, will do that right away.
