    Hi Ken,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Can you try FTP’ing into your server an deleting the BackUpWordPress plugin, and then try reinstalling it?

Let me know how you get on from there.

    Cheers!

    Hi Owain,

Can I and should I grab a back up before I delete the plugin? Or will it just have the same issue within the backup?

One thing that has changed since it last worked was we have had an SEO person add all-in-one-seo-pack plugin. Maybe it clashes with your plugin?

    Cheers

I don’t think a backup will be necessary if you’re just deleting the BackUpWordPress Plugin from your site. It’s not going to break anything else.

The error doesn’t appear to be related to the SEO plugin 🙂

I still recommend deleting the BWP via FTP, then reinstalling it to your site from the WordPress Dashboard.

    Cheers!
    Owain
