2.4 (latest.zip) category issue

    Admittedly I installed bleeding by mistake but since this is a small, internal blog so it didn’t seem to make a difference. This blog was upgraded from 2.3.1.

    However, the design is dependent on categories and for me at least they are not working. The individual posts do show the assigned categories if I open the post for editing but they are not shown on the Manage page (category for all posts is Uncategorized) and the category archive pages get a 404.

    Okay, weird, I don’t now what I did but this problem cleared up. As far as I know the only action I took was to update a static page that serves as a table of contents entry point with the two categories I just added. So never mind 😉
