    Kind greetings.

    I am setting up Postman to use with my WordPress instance. I am receiving the following error message: 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: UGFzc3dvcmQ6

    Here is a copy of the transaction log:

    I can access this e-mail account in Thunderbird using the same server settings without issue. I can also successfully log in to the webmail portal using the same user credentials.

    I have tried using all available SMTP settings found here: http://www.rackspace.com/apps/support/portal/1088. Always get an error of some kind.

    Any idea how to resolve this in the WordPress install?
