Front end fields show – but can't enter data

    Hi,

    We have created several custom fields that look correct on the back end but we can’t enter any data
    on the front end. nasconline.org
    Also, there is not vertical space between each field.

    We are using the AVADA theme, and we have turned off our site protection software

    We would also like to have half the questions above the large text field and subject line, with the others below it. Is that possible?

    Hi,

    If the custom fields work on the back-end, it should also work on the front-end. I tried to visit your site but it’s currently showing a 500 error.

    I have a call into my ISP, The last thing I remember is I was lookiing at the submit-ticket page to see if I could see anything wrong with the
    advanced custom fields we had set up, then I deactivated and deleted your
    plugin, when I went back to look at the submit page again I got the 500 error.

    Any Ideas??
