Brute force login page

I have two sites both installed in subfolders both using AIOWP security plugin.

Site A has always worked fine but in the more recent site B, the plugin forces the renamed login page to start with a question mark, In site A this is not the case. However I’m sure that I have previously logged in without a question mark. In fact initially I didn’t realise what was stopping me getting to the log-in page, and had to use FTP to temporarily rename the plug-in folder so that I could use wp-admin.

Any ideas?

It’s most likely that you don’t have permalinks enabled for the site with the question mark.

I know this issue is closed. However, my question is related to this only.

I have changed my login URL from http://www.example.com/wp-admin to http://www.example.com/new-url using Brute force option in this plug in.

It is working fine and as a normal practice, I keep on changing the URL on every 3 – 4 months.

Last time, when I was changing it, all of sudden the power was cut. Now, I am not able to login to WP by old URL or the new URL that I was trying.

I want to know where does this URL stored in database. Or in any file or somewhere else? Is there any way, I can find the new URL.

@praxsoni you could try the following. Rename the plugin folder via FTP. Then log into your website, rename the folder back to it’s original name. Reset the Brute Force feature again.
