New to WordPress – Install Help

Im new to WP and I just set up a hosting account at hostgator and installed wordpress.

The issue is : the association with my current website, hosted with another host, not on open source. I dont want to see my website now.

I want to create a completely new responsive site and later, point my domain to the new site. When I try to install WP, it associates my domain name with the install, so I dont see the WP panel, I just see my website.
