Ah, you mean about.blank that appears in the Header / Footer?
This can be turn off in the print dialog.

It might be possible to overwrite the address bar settings by the browsers config:

However, modern browsers do not allow for this to be hidden programmatically for security reasons. This about:blank address bar will not print, it is simply visible on the print window.
