Cannot Load Theme or customize

    Hello, I am new and the theme template nor headers will not load. I have tried on 3 different computers as well through Google Chrome & Internet Explorer. It just keeps spinning. This has been going on for two days.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    It really is lousy that there is not a way to call or even email customer support for help.

    What Theme are you talking about??
    Can you provide URL of the website??
    Do you have any content created or is it just fresh wordpress and theme installation??
    If it is fresh installation, then reinstall WordPress and Theme.
    Try activate some other Theme, if it works.
    Feel free to ask more. 🙂

    Hello TahoeRock,
    Thank you for responding!! I should start off by saying I am not tech savy.

    What Theme are you talking about?? – The 2015 theme on wordpress

    Can you provide URL of the website?? – is this the address of my website?

    Do you have any content created or is it just fresh wordpress and theme installation?? – I am working with the standard theme wordpress provides and once I get it set up start putting in copy and pasted items.

    If it is fresh installation, then reinstall WordPress and Theme. – I will try this reinstall. Fingers crossed it works!

    Hopefully, this will help. Again thank you!! I sure wish there was a way to contact WordPress as surely they must have some employees.

    URL – is the address of your website.
    Your web is on:
    http://www.wordpress.com ????????? this is restricted version mostly for bloggers
    Limited tweaking option on free release, you would have to buy to have a chance to do more.
    or
    http://www.wordpress.org ??????????? free version, You can do anything with your web

    Hi there,

    I went through my Computer to Uninstall programs and could not find anything that said WordPress. How do I uninstall it?

    I bought a .com and i think it was through Wordpess.com. At least i should be able to load one of their themes on to the page.

    WordPress is not in your computer…..:)
    That is online software, running your site on wordpress.com

    I would suggest that you will switch to blog created on http://www.wordpress.org
    its is free and much more tweaking/freedom
    You could be sorry in the future
