Related products are showing up randomly | WordPress.org

Hi,

Although I set some products to ‘specially selected related products’ the single product page is still showing random products instead of the ones i set up. Maybe I should change something in the code of ‘related.php’ in my child theme?

My plugin’s are fully updated.

Hi there.

AFAIK, default WooCommerce settings do not have option for ‘selected related products’ from administration side.

Is that option build by theme? What theme are you using?

Hi,

I am sorry. I mean the standard ‘related products’ option. The products I select wil not show up in de frontend. There are random products in this section.

I am using the Boldial theme. There support told me that I had to post the question here..

Hi , I have set the debug mode but I can’t find any error…

I the meanwhile, I read that there is a difference between related and cross-selling products. I installed the plugin that makes it possible to show cross-celling products on a single product page.
