    Hello Eli and thank you for your plugin..
    The Complete scan stays on 0% although i see above it that it is moving through files/folders etc… It just doesn’t seem to be doing anything though..
    I am not running a cache plugin but perhaps something else is using something to do with this, as i get the following warning:
    Another Plugin or Theme is using ‘_php_cache_speedup_func_optimizer_’ to handle output buffers.
    This prevents actively outputing the buffer on-the-fly and will severely degrade the performance of this (and many other) Plugins.
    Consider disabling caching and compression plugins (at least during the scanning process).

    – but i don’t know where to find what is doing this or what to do with it if/when i find it!!! …
    Please help!!

    This issue probably has something to do with the caching plugin, but it could also some other code that is interfering. You should disable caching and delete all the cache files any because this will slow down the scan and could preserver malicious output on your site even after you get rid of the source of the malicious code.

    If you still have trouble running the Complete Scan after that then you should check the error console in your browser to see if there are any JavaScript errors. What browser are you using?

    The Inspector in Chrome or the Firebug Add-on in Firefox could be helpful in troubleshooting. Also, a screenshot would be helpful for me so that I know what you are seeing at least.
