    Hi there,

    You’re right: the comments links to the site itself should not contain the rel="external.

    The plugin adds rel="external to all links. We will check how we can avoid this, but this will require mayor changes to the plugin which we can’t make at this moment. Hopefully we will be able to make these changes during the summer.
