Is it possible to make a website on wordpress without having hosting plan

    Hi to all, Please consider me as a new member of wordpress. I am thinking to design a website in wordpress which is very first experience to me. I dont have any knowledge whether I can design a website on wordpress without having any hosting plan or not? please tell me if I can make and what will be the process, if not than what would be the next step to make a website on wordpress.
    your suggestions and ideas are welcomed

    Well you could use the free hosting at “wordpress.com”, in which case you also do your support there, there are enough differences to here to make this necessary.

    Otherwise you can install a web server on one of your computers and develop the website there. You and your local network will be the only ones able to view it. There are several packages that do this, one is:

    Does wordpress provide free hosting with full functionality? if yes please tell me how to start this process.

    Hosting your WordPress.com, you wont have full functionality.

    WordPress.com’s Basic(Free) plans includes:

    Free blog, WordPress.com address,
    Basic customization,
    No premium themes included,
    No eCommerce,
    No video storage,
    3 GB of space,
    Show ads in your blog,
    Community support.
    No personnel domain

    If you need fully featured WordPress website, you should consider self hosted WordPress hosting.
