Receiving Blank Emails

Hi!

Hoping you can help me solve this mystery… I’m receiving blank emails — about one per day. They look like this:

Additional info:
* I have required fields on the page — It’s not possible to submit the form without entering anything
* “Send email “From”” option = “from fixed email address entered below”
* “From” email (for fixed “from” addresses) = me@myemail.com
* In the “Destination emails (comma separated) field = me@myemail.com
* Thank you page (after sending the message) = # (So that the same page would reload)
* Send confirmation/thank you message to user? = YES
* Captcha = OFF
