About tags in wordpress

    Hello everyone,
    i am using a custom theme and my theme has a bulk upload so i upload 30 to 50 posts at once and it auto pick tags from title for example my post name is
    wordpress themes 2015 so the tags of this post will also be wordpress theme 2015 i use this code in my theme for this auto pick tags from title <?php the_title(); ?>
    but i want to be the tags like this
    wordpress,theme,2015
    i mean to say that in the free space i want comma (,)
    please help me
