Media Load and Upload Issues

Hello,

I need help with two problems.

Problem 1: I pressed the “Add Media” button and the media box shows up. On the side of the dates drop down bot, a grey circle shows with a white dot spinning inside of it. The problem is that it continue to spin and does not load the media I have saved in WordPress. What’s interesting is that when I go to Media and change the “view” to a list view instead of a grid view, my media content shows up. The issues seems to be with WordPress loading the grid view of my media.

Problem 2: My graphic designer is trying to upload media onto a page. The following messages shows up saying, “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” Yet, when my graphic designer goes to Media, the picture is uploaded. The problem is that it would not upload to the desired page.

Please help me with these issues because I have little issues with troubleshooting WordPress.
