Blog Title won’t show on RSS feed

I have an RSS link on my blog, but when I click on it to have the blog added to my Google Reader (or iGoogle home page), the title of the blog doesn’t show, only the URL. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to change this.

I have the title entered under “Blog Title” in General Settings.
