I have deleted and installed this three times and it still isn’t working for me. Any suggestions as to why the sections aren’t showing up at all?

Hi,

You need to add some pice of content in each sections. Please read the documentation http://themeisle.com/documentation-zerif-lite/

Hi,

Also make sure you’re not using a static page as your front-page, from Settings > Reading settings. 🙂
