Activation Email Registration

    Hello,

    I’m loving your plugin, but am having a few issues.

    1) Activation link
    The activation link gives a 404 error. How do I correct that?

    2) Login
    When entering the information included in the activation email (username & password), it gives an error that the user is not active – even though it has been activated in the program & in WordPress

    3)Register
    When I click “register”, just a blank screen comes up.

    4)Customer Area
    Where do I see the “customer area” menu? Only the shortcode shows up.

    Thank you for your post.

    Please make sure that the plugin is active.

    This link would help you for the permalink issues http://doc.usersultra.com/i-cant-see-user-profiles/. Please follow those steps.

    Also, make sure that you click on the “Sync” tab, you might need to sync your users with UU just once.

    I solved the first 3 queries myself, but it had nothing to do with permalinks. And yes….the plugin was active 🙂

    I went around the activation link, as it still does not work no matter what I did. I just made the account active automatically.

    I’ve also made the registration page work. However, how do I add the membership packages /payment to the registration process?

    I have problem in sending mail I used in email setting php mail function but is not working please help me

    As for the email issues, UU uses the default wp_mail function, this means that if the emails are not being sent it has something to do with your sever. I’d recommend you using SMTP to send emails, this is the recommended way. You might use a third-party emailer company such as mandril to send your emails.
