When a client tries to register and submit a ticket they see an error message that reads:

“Sorry (theirIP), your request cannot be proceeded. For security reasons, it was blocked and logged.”

What is going on here?

This error message doesn’t come from Awesome Support. I suggest you try deactivating your other plugins to see what causes that. You might want to start with security plugins you might have installed.
