Very Slow Loading Admin Pages and Posts

My blog http://www.langetwins.com/blog just began loading very slowly, both on the admin/dashboard pages and blog posts. Some pages take up to 30 seconds or more and some timeout. This just started today.

The last two plugins I installed were iGoogle and DB-Manager. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but other forums asked for this info.

Also, I have already deactivated ALL my plugins and the loading did not improve. I have also tried viewing the blog from other computers in the office to no avail.

Active plugins:
Add this, akismet, all in one seo, author avatar,contact form 7, google analytics, google xml sitemaps, mofuse plugin, nextgen, search unleashed, statpress reloaded, wp.com stats, wordpress automatic update, gravatars, wordtube, wp-cache, wp widget cache, and yet another related plugin.
