    Hi,
Images curated by this plugin must gets uploaded to own hosting upload folder of wordpress.

Mr Developer you have done a great job creating this plugin..
but still there is a big feautre that you must must include. is that when it curate images in the post, that image must get uploaded to upload folder, because other websites don’t wants us to consume their bandwidth or hates if you hotlink their images, also not good for google prospectives.

I think you should agree on this with me…
you should include this feature in next version as its urgent in demand feature, don’t know why others are not asking for this feature.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback.

The mentioned feature is actually in place. When an image is curated with ExpressCurate (using Curate Content or Clone Post) those are marked and uploaded to the mentioned upload folder.

Also, depending on the setting “Image Placement” (ExpressCurate > Settings > General > Image Placement), the first image may be transformed into Featured Image and removed from the post content.

There was a bug connected with ExpressCurate Chrome Extension. When the image was coming from Chrome Extension, it would not be uploaded to the upload folder. That is now fixed with ExpressCurate Chrome Extension 2.6.5. Please, update to the latest version and try again. Let us know if the problem persists.

Should you have any other question, suggestion or issue, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are committed to making sure you have positive experience with ExpressCurate tools.
