Change of RSS Feed Coding Question

    I’ve recently changed my site (http://www.HeyYouGuysPodcast.com) from SquareSpace to WordPress. I’m learning WordPress. Found this Plug-in and it looks great. Thank you for that.

    Sooo…

    I have to update iTunes and Stitcher as to my change of location. I retained my websites name but new episodes aren’t uploading to iTunes and Stitcher. So… I am at the following location:

    WordPress (backend) > Podcast > Settings > Redirection > “New Podcast Feed URL”

    Now do I copy and paste (http://heyyouguyspodcast.com/feed/podcast) from the “Publishing” tab and paste it under “New Podcast Feed URL” and check mark “Redirect podcast feed to new URL” and wait for an update, or is there some other code I am supposed to use? (i.e – <itunes:new-feed-http://heyyouguyspodcast.com/feed/podcast>)

    Will the plug in do this for me? Do I need to inform iTunes and Stitcher of my change?
