thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.
The reason for this is your theme. It contains CSS code to make tables responsive (on small screens), by breaking up the tabular structure and turning it into that block layout.
To turn this off, you could either use some other CSS code to reverse this, or maybe contact the theme support and ask them for the best way to turn this off.

not at the moment, I would have to find it first.
Instead, could you maybe try yourself, e.g. with the developer tools in a modern browser like Chrome, or directly in the style.css file of the theme?
