So if you know a solution and it doesn’t matter if it slows down wordpress.

It’s best to go to the site where you got the theme for help with customizations and issues. These forums are for free themes available in the WordPress theme directory at wordpress.org/themes/. Tesseract is not available there. See http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

Hello! I understand now and I resolved it! I had a Benchmark Email Plugin and after i deleted it, I can now customize, oh yeah!
