This newer version uses Google Authentication. Have you tried clicking the “here” link to generate an authorization code? Clicking that link will open a new window where you can log into Google and authorize the app. At that point Google will provide you with a code that you’ll need to copy and paste back into the plugin. From then on, the plugin will use that authorization code to securely send form data to Google Sheets without needing to store your Google password.

    Hopefully that helps!

Thank you for the info. I did, in fact, generate an authorization code and entered the code into the authorization field, as well as made sure that the spreadsheet and tab names were correct, but I haven’t been able to get any new form submission entries to appear on my spreadsheet (I followed the instructions on your plug-in page).

Also, when a new form is submitted, the arrow at the bottom of the form doesn’t stop spinning (I receive a form submission confirmation email, but the arrow doesn’t stop spinning). Could this be linked to the entries not appearing on the spreadsheet?

Ok, thank you for the additional info. We’re looking into it and might have more questions soon. It’s working fine for us on all our sites. But please let us know if you can think of anything else that might be related.

Thanks for your patience – our timeline was a little delayed there, but we just pushed out an update that should fix your problem, let us know. 😀
