[BUG] Using [toc] shortcode messes up deregistered styles

Hello,

I currently deregistered some styles of some other plugins via my functions.php. When I use [no_toc] or the automatic placement, everything is fine. But when I use [toc] the deregistered styles of the other plugins are loaded automatically again. Very weird!

Please fix that.
