I would like to try implementing custom menus (main only) for logged in members of a site when using the “eMember” plugin from https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/.

Their instructions do work with the WP-Twenty-series of themes and since WP-Forge seems to be based partly on Twenty-Twelve, my question is easily (I hope) pointed to a single line of code in Twenty-Twelve!

That line is #45 in Twenty-Twelve.header.php

I don’t know if the eMember forum page is visible without logging in, but it is HERE. (PM me Thomas and I’ll share my login so you can see it).

True the theme was a spin off of Twenty Twelve in the beginning and this was over three years ago. It has since transformed into its own theme and thus has nothing to do with Twenty Twelve.

So I cannot answer your question regarding Twenty Twelve. Also any and all the information regarding the nav menu is contained in content-nav.php

Keep in mind as well that the nav menu of WP-Forge uses what is called a custom nav walker. Do a search for “menu walker + wordpress” and you will be able to find all the information about what a nav walker is.
