    Hello,

I have just installed the plugin and purchased the premium add-ons.

    1. I am attempting to include dynamic content within the dropdown box (i.e., wordpress media playlist, shortcodes, etc). All of the content loads; however, none of the dynamic content is working properly. When I click play on the playlist, for example, nothing happens. Same thing for content that requires submitting a form, etc. Can this be fixed?

    2. Is it possible to make the dropdown expand dynamically with the content within? For example, I have collapsable elements within the dropdowns that expand beyond the borders of the content and the background does not expand with it.

This plugin is what I have been searching for for months, but if the dropdown html cannot allow for executing dynamic functions within it, unfortunately it may not work.

    My test page is http://www.slremeducation.org/portfolios/

    Hello siremeducation,

Sorry about the delay – we do not check the Free version support forum – as you have bought a premium extension plugin you could have posted to its a3rev support forum and got our attention much sooner as part of your Lifetime License.

But I can see why you have posted here – I had a look at your link – thaks for posting that and the thing I notice straight away is that when you click on the Portfolio Item Title in the open item card expander each one is showing a 404 page not found error?

That is more than likely why your content entered as shortcodes is not working. From the front end it is impossible to see but it looks like you may have edited the templates and made some area

I cannot know from the front end – as a Lifetime License holder if you would like to set us some access to your site we will take a closer look at it.

    To do that please:

    1. Start a new topic on the a3 Portfolio Dynamic Stylesheets forum.
    2. You have to be logged in with your a3rev customer account to be able to post to the forum
    3. When you publish the topic – then please post a reply with the access creds – Use the [ ] Set as Private Reply when you do that – only you and I can see the creds and I will remove them as soon as I see them for extra security.

Please set me up a wp-admin and ftp access account to that install – please post

    1. Link to wp-admin login, username and password
    2. ftp hostname, username and password

Doing that will fast track us being able to help you resolve your issues.

    Thank you – Steve
