I haven’t seen this problem before, I’m afraid.
Are you installing the plugin for the first time or are you trying to update?
    It happens upon activation?

I had free version installed before. then I deleted it and now I’m trying to install new version. I just purchased premium version. I tried manually place folders in Plugins folder but some features are not working in that case.

I also found this answer for general cause of this error:

Why and When “Are you sure you want to do this?” Error Appears?

This error usually occurs when WordPress checks for Nonce in an admin url and the check fails. Nonce are unique keys or numbers which can be generated by a theme, plugin, or a core WordPress file for verification purposes. Nonces add a security layer to protect WordPress URLs, forms, and ajax calls from abuse.
‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ error usually appears when nonce verification fails and the most likely candidates to cause this error are plugins and themes not using nonce properly.

So you’re trying to install the Premium version?
If you unzip the download and upload the contents to the wp-content/plugins/wp-ultimate-recipe-premium folder everything should work. What features are not working exactly?

When I’m doing that, the recipe template previews are not working, shopping list is empty, cannot get information from database.

So what happens if you upload the plugin via FTP instead of using the zip upload?

I am using a local host, on my computer, with WAMPSERVER

Could you try it on an actual webhost and see if you have the same problem there?
Most weird bugs on localhost I’ve seen are because of configuration issues.

    (@ilotam)

I don’t have an active web host right now. I will try to resolve it with configuration review. there were some other plugins which gave me same error, but most of them I’m able to install.

Is there any utility to help to check WP configuration?

I’m not sure what you could use to check. It could be anything related to PHP or Apache configuration. Or the file and folder permissions, perhaps?

ok, Thank you for trying to help me. If I cannot solve it, I will try on Web hosting.
