OUTSTANDING Customer Service

These guys are AWESOME! Don’t know why anyone would be so fast to jump to negative dogma when it comes to updates, but when it comes to fixing the challenges that usually come with ANY major update, these guys delivered. The latest version was a MAJOR (ground-up) reconfiguration and totally wanked out my plugin and had major conflicts with other plug-ins.
I contacted them and received a reply within hours. They stayed with through all my screw ups and got me going within hours! Our website was up in running in no time.
