    Are any error messages shown?

I don’t get any error # or code. It just says “Error: Entry cannot be added”

I was thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling but I’m afraid of losing my directory which already has over 150 entires. Is there a way to do a fresh install without losing these?

No data will be removed be deleting and reinstalling. That’s pretty much all WP does during a plugin update. Well, that is an oversimplification of the process but that is what it boils down to.

So I can uninstall and reinstall without losing any of my directory entries?

Well I uninstalled, deleted etc. Reinstalled and tried again. No luck.

On the page that I have [connectons] I get no template found
and I still get thThe connections-images folder does not exist error.
