users are not able to delete published media

    I am using latest releases of WP and User Role Editor on a multisite install.

    First of all congratulations for such a powerfull plugin.

    My question: users with specific roles I set up can upload files in the media library, but they cannot delete these media files, the link to delete is not displayed. Only netwoerk superadmin can delete.

    Do I need to add a specific capability to enable them to do so?

    Additionaly, is it possible to configure a role such as users can delete only the medias they have published, not other people’s medias?

    In order to delete the item from the media library user should have the permission to edit that post, to which this media item is attached.
    If user does not have ‘edit_other_posts’ capability he should not have access to the deletion of media items uploaded by others.
