MS Word formatting

I’ve read some of the forum on this but to no avail. Is there anyway to add a post or create a new page simply copying and pasting from Word AND retain the original formatting. I can certainly copy & paste, but it all shows up without indenting, double spaced when single in original, etc. Very frustrating.
